Dallas Sellars RN BSN

With over eleven years of experience in aesthetic injections, Nurse Dallas has built a reputation for refined results grounded in both artistry and clinical precision. She is dedicated to providing exceptional value and transparent guidance, ensuring every patient feels informed, confident, and supported. Dallas is passionate about creating long-term relationships and helping each client achieve natural, meaningful enhancements that elevate their confidence.

Nicole Cohen MD

Dr. Nicole Cohen brings a strong academic and medical background to the practice, with degrees from the University of South Florida and medical training completed at Memorial Health in Savannah. As a practicing internal medicine physician, she is dedicated to patient safety, thoughtful care, and evidence-based decision-making. Outside her clinical work, she enjoys staying active outdoors and supporting her three children in their various sports and activities.

Nova Oglesby

Meet Nova Oglesby, our Operations Manager. A Jacksonville native raised in Savannah, Georgia, she opened a music store in Rincon right out of high school. While running her business, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Beaufort. After nearly 12 years, she sold the business to pursue new opportunities. Nova now supports her sister’s vision for Tox Medspa and enjoys family time, playing music, baking, and DIY projects.

Haylee Swailes LE

Haylee is a Licensed Esthetician with advanced training from the Advanced Aesthetics Academy in Bluffton, SC. She specializes in facials, chemical peels, acne care, microdermabrasion, and lash services, offering personalized, results-driven treatments in a relaxing environment. Haylee is committed to helping clients feel comfortable in their skin and brings warmth and intention to every appointment. Outside the spa, she enjoys time with family, crafting, and exploring the Lowcountry.

Mackenzie Clem

Mackenzie is the welcoming face at the front desk of Tox Medspa, bringing valuable spa experience and a passion for exceptional client care. She ensures each visit runs smoothly by managing appointments and assisting clients with professionalism and warmth. Mackenzie is dedicated to creating a comfortable, organized experience from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family back home in Florida and expressing her creativity through photography.
