Cancellation Policy

To Our Valued Guests

At Tox Medspa by Nurse Dallas, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We intentionally schedule visits to allow for thoughtful, personalized care, and each appointment represents dedicated time set aside by our provider.

We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To ensure we are able to provide the highest level of service to all of our patients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made with adequate notice.

Appointment Cancellations and Changes

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.

When appointments are cancelled without sufficient notice, it limits our ability to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care. This policy allows us to remain fair to both our patients and our providers.

Cancellation Fees

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.
  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to arrive for your appointment, will result in one of the following:
    • For appointments requiring a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited, or
    • A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file


All patients are required to keep a valid credit card on file. Payment information is stored securely through our encrypted booking system.

No Shows

Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no show and will be subject to the same cancellation fee policy. Repeated no shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
